A: Besides our customers who consign with us, we use all our sources and connections to purchase inventory. Every item for sale with us has been inspected for authenticity. We guarantee all inventory to be 100% authentic or your money back.
Q: WHY ARE PRICES DIFFERENT FOR THE SAME PRODUCT?
A: Items are priced by their owner. Each owner can set whatever price they want for their product. Condition and markdowns also vary by item.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with the tracking information. All orders are shipped 2 day express and a signature will be required.

A: Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

A: All sales with Vault 813 are final. Vault 813 is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. All transactions are final after 5 business days.

A: All orders are shipped 2 day express mail. All packages are insured and require signature confirmation. The shipping cost will be determined once your order is placed and will be added to the total at checkout. International orders are shipped DHL Express.
